French people of all ages love music; they devote themselves more
to music than to any other artistic field. It is of great diversity and the echo
it has on our sensitiveness evolves as years go by. It touches us
in what we have of most profound and universal, beyond cultures,
time and space.

Therefore, the Polignac Festival 2010 adheres to a vision of the future:
youth, freedom, diversity, in order to let everyone be seduced and touched
at the same time. Beyond technique, the art of music is, to me,
an incomparable instrument to generate more comprehension
between human beings: a growing seed in a path of concordance
and harmony.

This year, owing to the opening of the domain of Kerbastic,
the 5 concerts show that quality is privileged over quantity
and in the continuation of the Festival, the Polignac Foundation
will pursue its cultural activities obeying to municipal concerns:
in Estran and with the schools of Guidel.

Like every year, our many thanks go to Mister Chief Education
officer for his hospitality, to our partners and to all those who have,
for such a long time, invested their time and energy in making
the festivals so successful.
